Job description

San Diego Wave Camps is hiring a Site Director for our Point Loma location (Bill Cleator Park), July 13-17, 2026.
This role is ideal for someone who wants to make a direct impact in their community through youth sports.
As Site Director, you will lead daily camp operations, support staff, and create an environment where campers feel confident, included, and excited to learn.
You'll be responsible for ensuring every camper and family has a positive and memorable camp experience.
Site Director Responsibilities:
  • Oversee all daily camp operations for youth soccer camps
  • Supervise, support, and evaluate a team of soccer coaches and camp staff
  • Execute the San Diego Wave Camps curriculum with consistency and quality
  • Handle problem-solving, conflict resolution, and on-site decision-making
