Job description

We are currently accepting applications from exceptional leadership and management candidates for the 2021 season at our extraordinary overnight summer camps in Northeast Pennsylvania (Pocono Mountains) located just 2ยฝ hours from New York City and Philadelphia.

Positions available in the following areas: Leadership roles in Athletics, Creative Arts and General Camp Management.

Dates: June 13th, 2020 - August 15th, 2020

Salary: Our camps offer a competitive salary based on age and experience starting at 3,000.00 USD. Our staff will receive a salary in addition to a travel reimbursement. Room and board are included.

Responsibilities: Oversight of multiple areas, supervision of teams of staff members, support and facilitation of programs and training, evaluation and assessment, and direct service to campers and their staff.

We are seeking applicants with extensive camp management and/or diverse leadership experience, maturity, flexibility, outstanding character, and very effective communication skills. Strong candidates will have a desire to be part of a diverse camp community and to support various areas in addition to their primary leadership responsibilities. Our leadership staff is part of a team of more than 200 people working together to create a positive, fun, and safe environment for children ages 7-16.
