The California Department of Transportation (Caltrans) is seeking to hire a student assistant, in a learning capacity, to work under the close supervisionof a Senior Transportation Engineer (Supervisor), in the Office of Geotechnical Design Policy and Practice, in a learning capacity, the Student Assistant will assist with one or more of these projects which are to develop an app with battery, sound and vibration sensing, and web cam hardware, and smart phone app for pile driving monitoring.
