Job description

Job Title

The Registered Nurse coordinates and administers quality patient and family care that is compassionate, holistic, respectful and value-driven. Has confident communication skills and acts as a patient advocate. The RN utilizes the nursing process to perform assessment of the patient's physical, psychosocial and spiritual needs; planning, development and implementation of a multi-disciplinary plan of care; and evaluation of the patient's response to care. Strives to excel in skill performance, personal growth and professional excellence.

Education Required: Graduate of an approved school of nursing, BSN preferred.

Credential/Licensure Required: Is currently licensed or able to become licensed to practice as an RN in Wisconsin; Current Basic Life Support (BLS) certification.

Shift: Working Casual Call, 12 hour shifts. Shifts: 7:00 a.m. – 7:00 p.m. OR 7:00 p.m. – 7:00 a.m. Casual Call positions are offered an additional 10% differential on top of the base hourly rate.

Shift differentials offered as a percentage of base rate: 10% for PM shift and 17% for night shift.

Associates or better in Nursing or related field.
