What You Will Be Doing:

  • Manage a large number of outbound and inbound calls in a timely manner on a daily basis
  • Complete a series of questions with the customer to determine how their purchase was, and any additional feedback they have that could help us improve our service moving forward
  • Understanding the buyer experience
  • Follow communication "scripts" when handling differenttopics
  • Identify customers' needs, clarify information, and book appointments
  • Build sustainable relationships and engage customers by going the extramile
  • Keep records of conversations in our call center database (CRM) in a comprehensibleway
  • Meet personal/team qualitative and quantitativetargets


What You Bring to the Table:

  • Outbound and/or Inbound call center experience is preferred
  • Track record of accomplishing targets
  • Strong phone and verbal communication skills along with active listening
  • Customer focus and adaptability to different personality types
