First Ring BDC in Waite Park, MN (an extension of Motor Works Auto Repair) is looking for a full-time Customer Care Specialist to join our growing team.

A Day in the Life

As a Customer Care Specialist, you are often the first impression a customer has of our business. Your role is key to creating a positive experience from the very first phone call.

Responsibilities include:

  • Answering inbound customer calls professionally and promptly
  • Scheduling service appointments
  • Providing updates on vehicle repair status
  • Answering basic service and pricing questions
  • Transferring calls to service advisors when appropriate
  • Assisting with light service recommendations when applicable
  • Documenting call details in our system

Qualifications

  • 2+ years of customer service experience
  • Call center or receptionist experience preferred, but not required
