Descripción general

Buscamos representante de ventas que brinde asesoría profesional a los clientes actuales y potenciales a través de llamadas telefónicas, para generar ventas efectivas y cumplir con los objetivos de ventas fijados por la empresa. Orientar los clientes sobre los servicios, productos y ofertas ofrecidos, manejar las objeciones y realizar los esfuerzos de ventas.

Responsabilidades y COMPETENCIAS
  • Vender y ofrecer asesoramiento sobre los productos y servicio a los clientes por llamadas telefónicas.
  • Mantener relaciones positivas con el cliente para garantizar futuras ventas.
  • Lograr ventas efectivas.
  • Estar orientado al cumplimiento de objetivos de ventas.
  • Resolver los problemas y quejas de los clientes para maximizar su satisfacción.
  • Alcanzar los objetivos y resultados de ventas establecidos dentro del plazo acordado.
  • Mantenerse al día en cuanto a prácticas recomendadas y tendencias promocionales de la empresa.
  • Apariencia profesional y excelente dicción.
  • Excelencia y calidad en el servicio al cliente.
  • Buena comunicación verbal y escrita, interpersonal y solución de problemas.
  • Poseer alto profesionalismo y habilidad de trato a los clientes.
  • Manejo de tiempo, puntualidad y sentido de urgencia.
  • Dinámico y extrovertido con excelentes capacidades interpersonales.

Requisitos de experiencia laboral
  • Experiencia laboral demostrable como representante de ventas.
  • Experiencia en Call center (preferiblemente)
  • Experiencia en Servicio al Cliente
  • Habilidad para ofrecer opciones hechas a la medida de las necesidades del cliente.
  • Excelentes capacidades de venta, comunicación y negociación.
Requisitos académicos
  • Estudios universitarios en Administración de Empresas.

  • Trabajo mayormente parado y en movimiento continuo para poder cumplir con éxito sus funciones esenciales.
  • En contacto presencial con el cliente.
  • Expuesto a uso de equipo electrónico en todo momento para realizar sus funciones.
