Job description

  • Proporcionar información y servicios relacionados con la determinación de cobertura, autorización de servicio (o denegación) y enlace a recursos, servicios y sistemas de soporte.
  • Responda a todas las llamadas telefónicas utilizando el script de contestador telefónico aprobado.
  • Evaluar la llamada a una crisis antes de poner en espera cualquier llamada.
  • Identifique y transfiera a los llamadores de referencia a los recursos de la comunidad adecuados.
  • Observar y adherirse a todas las políticas y procedimientos de HIPAA y Derechos de Los Destinatarios.
  • Proporcionar un servicio orientado al consumidor, profesional y compasivo.
  • Documente las llamadas telefónicas entrantes y recopile información demográfica sobre todas las llamadas recibidas antes de realizar la remisión o transferencia.
