Call Center Manager

Bath Concepts Independent Dealers offers a stylish, cost-effective, low-maintenance bath improvement to homeowners, commercial customers and consumers with accessibility needs. Standing behind our products, we have developed an unrivaled reputation for quality and workmanship as a manufacturer of acrylic bath and shower solutions and has extended that level of quality into all our products. We are looking to hire an experienced Call Center Manager to join our team in-office. Qualified applicants will have excellent computer and communication skills, management experience, customer service experience, be available to work evenings and weekends, and be able to resolve conflicts and issues. Job duties include:

  • Schedule and confirm appointments
  • Hire, train and manage Call Center Representatives
  • Answer inbound calls and make outbound calls as needed and as a training tool
  • Customer Service
  • Manage sales reps schedules
  • Achieve weekly and monthly quotas
