About the Role

The Healthcare Call Center is looking for a motivated and outgoing Telemarketing Representative to join our team. This position focuses on outbound calls to prospective and existing patients, promoting our medical services, generating leads, and scheduling appointments.
The ideal candidate is confident, persuasive, goal-oriented, and comfortable speaking with patients over the phone.
Responsibilities
  • Make outbound calls to prospective and existing patients.
  • Promote services and appointment opportunities.
  • Generate and follow up on leads to increase scheduled appointments.
  • Answer inbound calls and provide excellent customer service.
  • Schedule, confirm, and reschedule appointments.
  • Document calls, leads, and appointment outcomes accurately.
  • Meet individual and team sales and appointment-setting goals.
  • Maintain patient confidentiality and follow HIPAA and company policies.
  • Refer medical or clinical questions to the appropriate staff.
Qualifications
  • 1+ year of telemarketing, sales, call center, or customer service experience preferred.
  • Excellent verbal communication and telephone skills.
  • Confident, friendly, and professional demeanor.
  • Strong sales, follow-up, and objection-handling skills.
  • Goal-oriented and motivated by commission-based earnings.
  • Basic computer and CRM skills.
  • Bilingual English/Spanish preferred.
  • Healthcare experience is a plus.
Compensation & Schedule
  • Starting Pay: $16.00/hour + Commission
  • Monday–Friday
  • Full-time position
  • Additional evening or Saturday availability may be required during high-volume periods.
