Join our dynamic team at Whidbey Telecom as a Call Center Tech Support Specialist in Langley, WA. We seek dedicated, customer-oriented individuals to provide exceptional technical support for our diverse services. This role involves diagnosing and resolving technical issues, handling alarm calls, and assisting with directory inquiries. Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide prompt, courteous, and professional technical support for Whidbey Telecom services.
  • Diagnose and resolve technical issues related to internet, Wi-Fi, email, and web hosting services.
  • Promptly respond to customer callbacks following alarm callouts, adhering to strict authentication protocols.
  • Dispatch residential and business alarm calls and provide basic alarm system troubleshooting.
  • Monitor and respond to alerts for our systems and those of our contracts
  • Escalate unresolved issues to the next level of support promptly.
  • Ensure proper documentation of all interactions handled.
  • Assist telephone customers with directory assistance calls.
  • Collaborate effectively with co-workers to provide fast and effective problem resolution.
  • Perform other duties as assigned.
