BCforward is currently seeking a highly motivated CSR โ€“ Call Center Representative for an opportunity in Remote (Local to State of New Mexico)

Position Title: CSR โ€“ Call Center Representative

Location: Remote (Local to State of New Mexico)

Expected Duration: 18+ months contract (with possible extension)

Job Type: Contract, 40 HRS WEEKLY, Remote Position

Anticipated Start Date: August, 24th 2026

Job Description:

Tentative Start Date: August 24th 2026 - The client is expecting 100% attendance for the first 90-days.

Project Operation Hours:ย  M-F, 8-hour shifts between 7:00 AM โ€“ 7:00 PMย MST

Training schedule: 8AM โ€“ 4:30 PMย MST for 13 days

ยทย ย ย ย ย ย ย ย  Conduct outreach phone calls and/or emails.

ยทย ย ย ย ย ย ย ย  Provide outstanding customer service.

ยทย ย ย ย ย ย ย ย  Recognize and follow call flows with scripts.

ยทย ย ย ย ย ย ย ย  Research and review customer inquiries.

ยทย ย ย ย ย ย ย ย  Research information using multiple systems.

ยทย ย ย ย ย ย ย ย  Relay research findings and outcomes to customers.

Qualifications and Requirements:

Basic Qualifications (Required Credentials)

ยทย ย ย ย ย ย ย ย  2 years of Customer Service experience.

ยทย ย ย ย ย ย ย ย  1 year of call center environment experience.

ยทย ย ย ย ย ย ย ย  High School Diploma or GED.

ยทย ย ย ย ย ย ย ย  Proficiency with computers: Experience using the internet, email via Outlook, etc.

ยทย ย ย ย ย ย ย ย  Data entry experience.

ยทย ย ย ย ย ย ย ย  Listening, verbal, and written communication experience.

ยทย ย ย ย ย ย ย ย  Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook, and Teams) experience.

ยทย ย ย ย ย ย ย ย  Internet access sufficient to handle calls received via the Internet.
