Job description

Customer Service Professional

Hand and Stone is seeking customer service professionals in the Lakeland area who are open to working in a call center environment that are able to interview immediately. Our call center is open 7 days a week. We are targeting customer service professionals with great communication and computer skills. Skill sets that we are open to are Call Center, professional customer service (office, admin, receptionist, front desk, etc), retail or face to face customer service. You are a critical link in ensuring that our customers' booking experience is nothing other than OUTSTANDING! The primary Qualifications and Requirements of this role include, but are not limited to:

  • Provide excellent customer service to members/guests
  • Assist in booking appointments, confirmation calls, client profile questions etc.
  • Receiving inbound calls assisting customers
  • No Sales involved
  • Promote health/wellness benefits of massage therapy
  • Maintain a professional and clean work environment & appearance
  • Positive, energetic attitude
  • Team player
  • Perform various other duties as assigned

Compensation: $14.50 - $15.50 per hour
