Through innovative treatments in hormone optimization, medical weight loss, sexual wellness, aesthetics, and preventive medicine, we empower patients to take control of their health and achieve lasting results.
Due to continued growth, we are seeking an enthusiastic, patient-focused, and sales-minded Call Center Associate to join our team immediately. This role is dedicated exclusively to new patient acquisition and scheduling, serving as the first point of contact for prospective patients interested in learning more about our services.

What You'll Do
As a Call Center Associate, you will work directly with prospective patients who have expressed interest in our services through online inquiries, marketing campaigns, referrals, and inbound calls.
Your primary goal is to educate, engage, and convert leads into scheduled consultations at one of our clinics.
Key Responsibilities
Serve as the first point of contact for all new patient inquiries
Conduct phone consultations with prospective patients to understand their goals and needs
Educate callers on AgeRejuvenation's treatment options, services, and patient experience
Convert qualified leads into scheduled consultations
Follow up with leads through outbound calls, texts, and other approved communication channels
Manage inbound calls and live transfers from the Call Center team
Overcome objections and address questions with confidence and professionalism
Accurately document all interactions within company systems
Maintain appointment conversion, contact, and scheduling performance metrics
Collaborate with clinic teams to ensure a seamless new patient experience
Consistently meet or exceed individual and team scheduling goals
What We're Looking For
Required Qualifications
Minimum 1 year of experience in sales, inside sales, call center, appointment setting, customer service, or lead conversion
Exceptional phone presence and communication skills
Strong ability to build rapport and establish trust quickly
Goal-oriented mindset with a passion for helping people
Ability to multitask while navigating multiple systems and software platforms
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
Comfortable working in a fast-paced, performance-driven environment
Preferred Qualifications
Bilingual (English/Spanish)
Experience in healthcare, medical aesthetics, wellness, fitness, or related industries
Experience handling inbound leads and appointment conversion
CRM, EMR, or call center software experience
