Job description

LHH is seeking a Legal Calendar Coordinator for a well-established law firm in Chatham, NJ. This is a high-volume litigation support role focused on legal calendaring, deposition scheduling, and case coordination for multiple attorneys.
Key Responsibilities:
โ€ข Manage attorney calendars and track litigation deadlines
โ€ข Coordinate and schedule depositions and case-related events
โ€ข Draft deposition notices, subpoenas, and correspondence
โ€ข Communicate scheduling updates with attorneys, clients, and opposing counsel
Qualifications:
โ€ข Prior legal calendaring and deposition scheduling experience required
โ€ข Experience in a litigation law firm preferred
โ€ข Strong organizational and multitasking skills in a fast-paced environment
โ€ข Legal Secretaries with strong litigation calendaring experience encouraged to apply
Details:
โ€ข Hybrid schedule: 4/1
โ€ข Salary range: $70K-$75K DOE
