Plumbing Superintendent – Lead Field Operations for Residential and Commercial Projects

The Opportunity You will serve as a premier field leader within our operations, driving the high-quality execution of residential and commercial plumbing builds. How You Will Make an Impact

  • Oversee daily field operations to ensure residential and commercial plumbing installations meet top-quality standards.
  • Supervise onsite crews and field personnel to maintain strict compliance with project timelines and blueprints.
  • Manage the delivery, layout, and installation of piping systems, including copper, cast iron, PVC, and gas lines.
  • Coordinate material logistics and equipment schedules to optimize jobsite efficiency and reduce construction waste.
  • Enforce rigorous safety protocols and conduct regular inspections to verify compliance with company and OSHA standards.
  • Facilitate open communication between project managers, field crews, and clients to resolve on-site issues seamlessly.
  • Train and develop plumbing apprentices and journeymen to cultivate a highly skilled, confident field workforce.


Required Qualifications & Experience

  • Proven leadership experience as a foreman, supervisor, or superintendent in plumbing construction.
  • Extensive technical expertise in layout, piping systems, and fixture installation for commercial and residential sectors.
  • Strong capabilities in workforce management, project logistics, and field-level problem-solving.
  • Deep commitment to maintaining a safe working environment and fostering positive employee relations.


Preferred Qualifications & Experience

  • Approximately 10 years of progressive experience within the plumbing trade.
  • Advanced training in project management, scheduling, or construction logistics.
  • Current safety credentials, including OSHA certifications, Fall Protection, and lift operations.
