Residential Sales Executive (Telecommunications)

Cal-Ore Communications is seeking a motivated Residential Outside Sales Executive to drive sales of Internet, Voice, and Smart Home services across our Northern California service areas.
Key Responsibilities
- Prospect and sell to new and existing residential customers (door-to-door and outbound)
- Conduct customer needs assessments and present tailored solutions
- Manage a sales pipeline and track opportunities in Salesforce
- Prepare and deliver proposals (in-person and virtual)
- Meet monthly, quarterly, and annual sales quotas
- Participate in community events, trade shows, and marketing activities
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure successful service delivery
Minimum & Preferred Qualifications
- 1-3 years of sales experience (telecom preferred)
- Strong consultative selling, closing, and communication skills
- Experience managing a territory and sales pipeline
- CRM experience (Salesforce preferred)
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Teams
- Valid driver's license and clean driving record
- Ability to work evenings and weekends, as needed
Compensation & Benefits
- Compensation: $60,000 - $72,000 total annual earnings (OTE) including base salary plus commission
- Base Salary: $36,000 - $48,000 (DOE)
- Commission: ~$2,000/month at target, with significant upside
