About the Role:
The Cake Decorator at Tous les Jours is responsible for decorating cakes and pastries to meet the bakery's quality and presentation standards. This role requires creativity, attention to detail, and the ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced bakery environment. 
Responsibilities:
  • Assembled, filled, frosted, and decorated cakes and specialty pastries to company specifications
  • Built and decorated cakes by following standardized recipes and design guidelines.
  • Ensured compliance with food safety, sanitation, and hygiene standards.
  • Cleaned and sanitized kitchen equipment, tools, and workstations before and after use.
  • Prepared fillings for breads, pies, and pastries by accurately mixing creams, fruits, and other ingredients.
  • Monitored inventory levels and assisted with ordering baking and decorating supplies as needed.
  • Trained and supported new team members on bakery procedures and quality standards.
