About the Job:
The Nutrition Group has an open position of Kitchen Manager for School Food Service. This position entails overseeing food production and staff training at a large K-12 School Cafeteria Operation.
Duties to Include:
  • Understanding National School Breakfast Program
  • Understanding National School Lunch Program
  • Food Preparation on a large production scale
  • Utilizing Kitchen Equipment
  • Meeting Company's Expectations
  • Understand Company's Food Concepts
  • Daily Production Records and Paperwork
  • Facilitate the execution of catered events as needed
  • Work with regional chefs to develop and implement recipes

Training School Cafeteria Workers:
  • Food Production and Recipes Utilization
  • Understanding Functions of Kitchen Equipment
  • Meeting Company's Expectations
  • Understand Company's Food Concepts

Qualifications:
  • At least 1-2 years staff management
  • Food Service Experience

  • Must obtain clearances and pass criminal background checks
