Description:

Brentwood Country Club is looking for a friendly, reliable, and customer-focused Café Server to join our team. As the first point of contact for our guests, you will provide excellent customer service, prepare and serve food and beverages, maintain a clean dining area, and help create a welcoming café experience.


Duties/Responsibilities:

  • Welcome guests, present menus, answer questions, and provide friendly, attentive service
  • Take food and beverage orders accurately, make recommendations, and communicate special requests to the kitchen.
  • Prepare and serve coffee, tea, beverages, meals, desserts, and other menu items promptly according to café standards.
  • Ensure guest satisfaction by checking in regularly, replenishing beverages and table items, and addressing concerns or notifying a supervisor when needed.
  • Set up and maintain service stations, dining areas, and tables, ensuring cleanliness, organization, and proper stocking.
  • Clear and reset tables, complete opening, side work, and closing duties, and maintain a clean and sanitary work environment.
  • Follow all food safety, hygiene, and health regulations.
  • Work collaboratively with kitchen and front-of-house staff to ensure efficient service and attend pre-shift meetings as required.
  • Perform additional duties as assigned by management.
