  • Operate Square POS systems such as Aloha POS and Micros POS to process transactions accurately.
  • Maintain cleanliness and organization of the café area, including food handling and safety standards.
  • Manage cash handling, cashiering, and basic math calculations for sales transactions.
  • Provide excellent customer service by engaging with guests, taking orders, and addressing inquiries promptly.
  • Assist in food preparation and serving food items as needed, ensuring adherence to food safety regulations.
  • Manage time effectively during busy periods to ensure quick service without compromising quality.
  • Support team members in daily operations to create a positive work environment.


Experience

  • Previous Barista experience or background in food service or the food industry is preferred.
  • Familiarity with POS systems such as Aloha POS or Micros POS is a plus.
  • Strong customer service skills with the ability to engage positively with diverse customers.
