What are some common challenges faced by employees working in cafes, and how can they be addressed?

Employees in cafes often encounter challenges such as managing peak rush hours, maintaining excellent customer service under pressure, and handling multiple tasks simultaneously (e.g., taking orders, preparing beverages, and cleaning). Many cafes offer training on multitasking and stress management, and supportive managers can help staff navigate busy periods by clearly defining roles and encouraging collaboration.

What are cafe perks?

These can include free or discounted food and beverages, flexible work hours, tips, opportunities for advancement, and sometimes health benefits or paid time off. These skills are essential for maintaining service quality, operational efficiency, and building customer loyalty in a fast-paced café setting.
