What You'll Do
As a Lube Technician, you'll play a critical role in maintaining vehicle performance and ensuring an exceptional service experience for our customers.
- Perform routine maintenance and basic repairs efficiently and accurately in line with Cadillac and Lithia standards
- Inspect vehicles and identify potential issues or needed services
- Complete all work following safety guidelines and best practices
- Road test vehicles as needed to ensure quality and accuracy of repairs
- Accurately track time and document all work performed, including test results
- Maintain and properly use tools, equipment, and shop supplies
- Keep your workstation clean, organized, and inspection-ready daily
- Ensure every vehicle is returned to the customer in clean, like-received condition
- Participate in ongoing training and development opportunities
- Stay current on technical bulletins and manufacturer updates
- Communicate effectively with teammates and leadership to support customer satisfaction
- Uphold professional appearance and dealership standards at all times
- Follow scheduled work hours and shop procedures
