We are seeking a high-performing, curious, and motivated software engineer to join our team. This role is ideal for an engineer with strong software development fundamentals, a passion for learning, and an interest in solving complex business problems in a large-scale enterprise environment. While prior PeopleSoft experience is not required, successful candidates will have to demonstrate strong technical aptitude and a willingness to learn enterprise application development platforms and business systems. There will be multiple phases of candidate evaluation to include onsite scenario-based assessments to evaluate a candidate's competency to learn new skills related to PeopleSoft. We will provide training, mentorship, and hands-on experience to help you grow into the role. What You'll Do • Design, develop, test, and support enterprise software solutions
• Learn and leverage delivered capability as much as possible
• Work with senior developers and business stakeholders to implement enhancements and solve technical problems
• Learn and develop within the PeopleSoft ecosystem, including integrations, workflows, and custom applications
• Participate in code reviews, debugging, testing, and continuous improvement efforts
• Develop integrations and interfaces between enterprise systems and modern applications/services
• Analyze business requirements and translate them into technical solutions
• Contribute to technical documentation and development standards
• Continuously learn new technologies, tools, and development practices What We're Looking For Required Qualifications • TS/SCI with Polygraph Experience working in high-paced, pressured situation
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Demonstrated curiosity, initiative, and willingness to learn new technologies
• Proficient in use of Microsoft Windows and Office products
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills Preferred Qualifications • Experience with Enterprise Software Applications (Workday, Service Now, Salesforce)
• Internship, co-op, academic, or personal project experience in software development
• Exposure to enterprise systems or ERP platforms
• Familiarity with cloud platforms, web services, or integration technologies
• Experience working in Agile or collaborative development environments
• Exposure to PeopleSoft, Oracle technologies, or enterprise application support is a plus, but not required
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Information Systems, or related field (or equivalent practical experience)
• Strong foundation in software development principles and programming concepts
• Experience with one or more programming languages such as Java, C#, Python, JavaScript, or similar • Understanding of: o Object-oriented programming
o APIs and system integrations

o Source control systems such as Git
