As a Senior Cloud Developer/Engineer, you'll work across AWS, Azure, Oracle, and GCP to build and sustain modern cloud solutions that strengthen security monitoring, threat detection, and enterprise-wide resilience. You'll collaborate with engineers, architects, and security teams to solve complex technical challenges and drive continuous improvement across diverse cloud ecosystems. Responsibilities: * Support multi-cloud infrastructure across AWS, Azure, Oracle, and GCP using Infrastructure as Code tools such as Terraform, ARM templates, Ansible, or BICEP.
* Troubleshoot environment-specific cloud issues and uphold cloud security best practices.
* Strengthen security posture using Azure Monitor, Log Analytics, Microsoft Defender for Cloud, Microsoft Sentinel, and Azure Policy.
* Build and maintain automations using PowerShell, Python, Azure CLI, YAML, JSON, and services such as Logic Apps, Azure Automation, and Azure Functions.
* Configure and optimize NSGs, application gateways, and other network controls to protect cloud resources.
* Manage compute, storage, networking, and database services across multiple cloud platforms.
* Apply security standards and compliance requirements while seamlessly partnering with cross-functional teams to meet mission objectives. Qualifications: Required: * Active TS/SCI with Polygraph required.
* 5-7 years of cloud engineering experience with a strong focus on Azure and AWS.
* Bachelor's degree, or 4+ additional years of IT experience in lieu of a degree.
* Hands-on experience designing and deploying cloud solutions using tools like Azure DevOps, Jenkins, GitLab, AWS CodeStar, or Docker.
* Proficiency with Infrastructure as Code technologies including ARM templates, Terraform, Ansible, or BICEP.
* Familiarity with cloud template technologies such as Azure Resource Manager, GitHub Enterprise, GitLab, and architecture frameworks like TOGAF or Zachman.
* Strong automation background using PowerShell, Bash, Python, YAML, JSON, or Ansible.
* Ability to obtain DoD 8570 IAT Level II certification within six months (Security+, SSCP, CCNA Security, etc.). Desired: * Experience with Docker, Kubernetes, and additional platforms such as Google Cloud.
* Familiarity with Atlassian tools (JIRA, Confluence).
* Understanding of FIPS-199, NIST 800-53, NIST 800-53A, NIST 800-37, and DoD Cloud Security Requirements.
* Microsoft certifications such as Azure Administrator, Azure Security Engineer, Azure Solutions Architect, or Cloud Platform & Infrastructure Expert. Work Environment * Ability to remain in a stationary position for roughly half of the workday.
* Occasional movement within the office to access equipment or collaborate with colleagues.
* Frequent interaction with co-workers, leadership, and customers, including delivering presentations and communicating technical details clearly. This position is contingent on funding and may not be filled immediately. However, this position is representative of positions within CACI that are consistently available. Pay Range : There are a host of factors that can influence final salary including, but not limited to, geographic location, Federal Government contract labor categories and contract wage rates, relevant prior work experience, specific skills and competencies, education, and certifications.
