Job description

We'd like to thank you for your willingness to serve Cache County. Cache County Corporation and its citizens benefit from the voluntary participation of many volunteers each year. We hope that your experience is enjoyable and fulfilling! Please see below for the next steps in the volunteer application process.

Step 1: Contact the department you would like to volunteer for and discuss available opportunities.

Step 2: Complete the Online Application

Step 3: Print, read, and sign the attached "Volunteer Disclosure and Acknowledgement" form

Step 4: Check your email

  • An authorization for a background check will be sent to you from ProScreen (you may need to check your spam folder). Please complete this as soon as possible as the link will expire within 48 hours.

Step 5: Provide the following to the Department of Personnel Management

  • A completed and signed copy of the Volunteer Acknowledgement and Disclosure Form
  • A copy of your automobile insurance card if you will be driving your vehicle for duties performed during volunteer hours for Cache County.
  • Copy of your Driver's License
    • If your license is issued outside of Utah, please bring a copy of your MVR. This can be found by going to your state's website or performing a Google search.
