Job description

About the Role:
3c Business Solutions Inc is looking for an experienced Lead Low Voltage Cabling Technician to join our growing team in Kaysville, UT. This is a hands-on leadership role where you'll drive quality installations and guide a skilled team on commercial, government, religious & educational projects.

Responsibilities:
  • Lead and supervise low voltage cabling installation crews on job sites
  • Install, terminate, and test structured cabling systems including Cat5e, Cat6, Cat6A, and fiber optic cable
  • Oversee installation of AV, security, access control, and structured data network systems
  • Ability to read blueprints, floor plans, and technical schematics
  • Ensure all work meets industry BICSI standards.
  • Coordinate with project managers, general contractors, and clients on job site progress
  • Troubleshoot and resolve cabling and connectivity issues efficiently

Requirements:
  • 3+ years of hands-on low voltage cabling experience, with at least 1 year in a lead or supervisory role
  • Proficiency in structured cabling, terminations, and cable testing fluke experience.
  • Experience with fiber optic splicing and termination preferred
  • BICSI, OSHA 10, or relevant low voltage certifications a plus
  • Ability to read and work from blueprints and technical drawings
  • Strong communication and team leadership skills
  • Valid driver's license and reliable transportation required
  • Ability to work in various physical environments including attics, crawl spaces, and elevated lifts.
  • Must have a clean driving records and can pass a pre employment background & drug test.
