Job Overview

PROLIM is seeking a Wire Harness Technician to support Northrop Grumman in Melbourne, FL. This role involves manufacturing cable and harness assemblies, interpreting technical documentation, and ensuring high-quality standards in a team-based aerospace environment.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manufacture and assemble cable and harness products
  • Read and interpret work instructions, schematics, wire lists, and drawings
  • Verify material identification and ensure traceability during fabrication and testing
  • Perform quality checks to ensure compliance with engineering and ISO procedures
  • Maintain accuracy, completeness, and adherence to shop practices
  • Communicate technical issues, inconsistencies, or safety concerns to leadership
