About this role:

We're looking for a seasoned Carpenter - Cabinet Maker to work in our cabinet shop and take pride in building beautiful, high-quality cabinetry. Our cabinet shop stands apart by combining precision CNC machining with true custom craftsmanship, allowing us to design and build cabinets tailored exactly to each client's vision. This is an exciting opportunity to contribute to the creation of exceptional homes and be a vital part of a company that values excellence and its people. The ideal candidate will have great attention to detail, strong woodworking skill and is driven by teamwork and collaboration. In the role you will:
  • Bring your 2-4 years of cabinetry building experience, knowledge of woodworking, and the trades to cut, assemble and finish cabinets.
  • Interpret blueprints and technical drawings to plan and execute precise cutting and shaping operations using a CNC machine, edge banders, dowel equipment and bench builders.
  • Accurately measure and cut materials, matching wood grain and texture, and assembling components using appropriate fastening methods such as glue, dowels, screws, nails, and clamps to ensure structural integrity and quality workmanship
  • Verify dimensions and conduct quality checks in collaboration with team members prior to installation or removal.
  • Operate and maintain a variety of woodworking machinery and hand tools in a safe and efficient manner.
  • Perform routine maintenance and upkeep of shop equipment to ensure optimal performance and safety compliance.
  • Collaborate with team members to conduct quality checks and ensure projects meet specifications.
  • Assist with pickup and delivery of materials or completed projects as needed.
  • Ensure proper CNC tooling is installed and calibrated prior to production runs.
  • Accurately track and document materials used throughout the production process to maintain workflow efficiency and inventory control.
  • Utilize construction management software to maintain accurate daily logs, progress reports, and other required project documentation.
