Position Overview

We are seeking a skilled and motivated Production Cabinet Builder to join our growing team. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a hands-on environment, takes pride in their craftsmanship, and can manage multiple projects while maintaining the highest standards of quality.

You will play a key role in the production of custom cabinetry, working with a team that values precision, efficiency, and craftsmanship.

Key Responsibilities
  • Build and assemble custom and semi-custom cabinetry to specification

  • Read and interpret shop drawings, blueprints, and production plans

  • Operate a variety of woodworking tools and machinery safely and efficiently

  • Install and work with common cabinetry hardware and components

  • Ensure all products meet company quality standards before completion

  • Manage multiple projects and tasks simultaneously while meeting deadlines

  • Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment

  • Communicate effectively with team members and leadership on project status

  • Follow all safety protocols and contribute to a safety-first culture

Qualifications & Requirements
  • Experience in custom cabinetry, millwork, or woodworking production

  • Ability to read and execute from shop prints and technical drawings

  • Proficiency with woodworking tools, machinery, and fabrication processes

  • Strong understanding of cabinetry hardware and installation techniques

  • Ability to lift heavy materials and perform physical work throughout the day

  • Strong attention to detail with a commitment to high-quality craftsmanship

  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team

  • Excellent time management and ability to meet production deadlines

  • Strong communication skills, both verbal and written
