Job description

Flexjet is currently seeking a qualified candidate to join our Human Resources Department as a Corporate Talent Acquisition Specialist at our state-of-the-art Global Headquarters in Cleveland, Ohio. This position will be responsible for assisting in recruitment efforts for Flexjet's Cabin Server organization, sourcing and attracting exceptional hospitality professionals who embody world-class service, discretion, and attention to detail. The ideal candidate will possess a strong understanding of luxury service environments and have experience identifying, engaging, and assessing talent from private aviation, luxury hotels, fine dining, yachting, and other premium hospitality industries. This role will build talent pipelines for VIP-facing positions, conduct competency-based interviews to assess service excellence and cultural fit, and partner closely with business leaders to ensure Flexjet continues to deliver an unmatched Owner experience.

RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Lead full-cycle recruitment efforts for Cabin Server and Cabin Services positions, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, selection, offer management, onboarding, and orientation.
  • Develop and execute recruitment strategies to attract exceptional hospitality talent from private aviation, luxury hotels, fine dining, private clubs, yachting, concierge services, and other high-end service industries.
  • Build and maintain proactive talent pipelines for VIP-facing, luxury hospitality, and aviation-focused positions.
  • Conduct competency-based interviews to assess technical qualifications, service excellence standards, professionalism, cultural fit, adaptability, and communication skills.
  • Partner closely with Cabin Services leadership and hiring managers to understand staffing needs, define candidate profiles, and provide hiring recommendations.
  • Evaluate candidates against Flexjet's elevated hospitality and service standards to ensure alignment with the Company's commitment to delivering a world-class Owner experience.
  • Execute recruitment marketing and sourcing activities through networking, social media, employee referrals, industry associations, career fairs, schools, and targeted outreach initiatives.
  • Represent Flexjet at aviation, hospitality, campus, and industry recruiting events to strengthen employer brand awareness and expand candidate networks.
  • Maintain accurate candidate records and recruitment activity within the HRIS and Applicant Tracking System to ensure data integrity, reporting accuracy, and compliance with company policies.
  • Track and analyze recruiting metrics, including candidate quality, sourcing effectiveness, time-to-fill, and hiring outcomes.

REQUIRED SKILLS

  • Strong understanding of luxury hospitality and service excellence, with the ability to identify talent capable of delivering world-class experiences.
  • Experience conducting competency-based interviews and assessing candidates for professionalism, discretion, communication skills, cultural fit, and customer-centric behaviors.
  • Excellent interpersonal, verbal, written, and relationship-building skills with the ability to effectively partner with candidates, hiring managers, and senior leaders.
  • Proficiency with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS), HRIS platforms, Microsoft Office, social media, and modern sourcing tools.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment while providing a high-touch candidate and hiring manager experience.
  • Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and commitment to accuracy and follow-through.
  • High level of professionalism, integrity, and sound judgment when handling confidential information.
  • Passion for identifying and attracting talent that reflects Flexjet's culture of excellence and commitment to exceptional service.
EDUCATION & EXPERIENCE
  • Bachelor's degree in human resources, Business, Hospitality Management, Communications, or a related discipline preferred.
  • 2–4 years of recruiting, talent acquisition, or related experience required.
  • Experience recruiting within private aviation, luxury hospitality, fine dining, private clubs, luxury hotels, resorts, yachting, concierge services, or other premium service environments strongly preferred.
  • Equivalent combination of education and experience will be considered.
