This is a year-round, part-time position.

Pay Rate: $15.16/hr - $17/hr Hours: Average of 28 hours/week (Mostly weekends and non-regular hours) Education: High school diploma or equivalent.Benefits: Shared Housing available; Meals provided when serving; $500 Sign On Bonus

Work experience: Previous hospitality or service positions preferred.

About the Role Silver Cliff Ranch is seeking proactive, optimistic, and team-oriented Cabin Keepers/Servers to help create a clean, safe, and welcoming facility for our guests year-round. In this dual role, you will play a vital part in daily facility operations, from serving meals and maintaining grounds to prepping cabins for incoming groups.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Guest Hospitality & Dining: Serve three daily meals, assist in the snack/gift shop, maintain dining hall hygiene, and deliver friendly, high-quality customer service to guests as needed.
  • Campus & Facility Care: Execute daily cleaning routines, handle post-meal trash removal, report maintenance hazards, and assist with light groundskeeping.
  • Turnaround Operations: Collaborate with the team to thoroughly clean cabins, lodges, and gathering spaces between guest group arrivals.
  • Team & Operations Support: Assist guest groups as needed and complete daily closing or special tasks assigned by leadership.

Ideal Candidates Bring:

  • Positive Energy & Adaptability: Warm, adaptable interpersonal skills with a strong work ethic and a proactive, self-starter mindset.
  • Physical Capability: Ability to lift up to 50 lbs. safely, operate basic cleaning tools, and work on your feet in a fast-paced environment.
  • Safety & Hazard Awareness: Sharp visual and auditory awareness to ensure guest safety. First Aid certification (or willingness to obtain upon hire) is a plus.
  • Core Requirements: Effective verbal and written communication in English, basic math skills, professional hygiene standards, and authorization to work in the US.
  • Background Check: Ability to pass a pre-employment background check and drug screen.
