Job description

POSITION SUMMARY

The Cabin Server Scheduling Coordinator is responsible for the effective utilization of cabin server resources. This role will assist in developing long-range staffing plans in compliance with company policy and operational regulations. The Cabin Server Scheduling Coordinator must provide exceptional customer service to Cabin Servers, Crewmembers and internal customers within Operations and corresponding departments.

DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Develop long term staffing plans for Cabin Servers.
  • Facilitate PTO inquiries in compliance with operational guidelines.
  • Monitor and adjust aircraft coverage schedules due to program movement to ensure adequate staffing and effective Cabin Server utilization are maximized.
  • Analyze monthly staffing requirements against owner demand and aircraft coverage.
  • Proactively manage any short-term staffing deficits.
  • Responsible for working directly with crew planning and Flight Department teams to ensure schedule planning aligns.
  • Ensure accurate updates are made to Cabin Server schedules in the companys centralized aviation database.
  • Coordinate implementation of staffing and training plans with various departments.
  • Research and resolve coverage conflicts through daily operations inquiries.
  • Reconcile Cabin Server schedules to ensure accurate payroll reporting to HR. This includes paid time off and overtime reporting.
  • Perform other duties as assigned by Manager or Director.

EDUCATION & EXPERIENCE

  • Bachelor's degree in business related field or aviation preferred.
  • Two to four years of related experience and/or training; equivalent combination of education and experience or a Flexjet employee with proven results within the company may be considered in absence of education preference.
  • One to two years of related experience either in a Scheduling or Planning environment in an aviation environment; or equivalent combination of education and experience may apply.
  • Prior Planning or Scheduling experience within Flexjet or airline operations environment preferred.

REQUIRED SKILLS

  • Proficiency with Microsoft software applications (Access, Excel, PowerPoint, Project, Word and Outlook).
  • Must have excellent analytical adaptation and strong decision-making skills.
  • Excellent oral/written communication, interpersonal skills and problem resolution skills are a must.
  • Ability to work on multiple projects in a deadline-oriented environment.
  • Exceptional attention to detail with organization and time management skills.
