Job description

  1. Use suction lift to move plywood sheets to milling board on table for inspection and prep prior to loading the router.
  2. Slide plywood sheet and milling board from roller table to router and fit into place.
  3. Load/Select work order on touch screen and initiate cut.
  4. Pull cut parts and stack on frame buggy.
  5. Break up plywood scrap and place in scrap buggy, then sweep floor around work area/CNC.
  6. Push frame buggy to line up and push scrap buggy when1/2 full to grinder conveyor and dump scraps.
  7. Roll milling board through vacuum system to remove dust and then slide board back to inspect/load table.
  8. Clean router table using air restricted blow gun and/or vacuum to remove excess dust.
  9. Use forklift to restock plywood sheets by picking up a hack of plywood (35 sheets) from stock and take it to router.
  10. Weekly clean-up - Hit the โ€œEโ€ Stop switch and climb on machine to wipe down.
  11. May perform other duties/ special or non-routine assignments as instructed.

Requirements:

  • Ability to read and follow directions (verbal and written) May require basic math skills: counting, adding and subtracting
  • Ability to lift up to 50lbs
  • Previous experience preferredย
