Overview

We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Machine Setup Operator (CNC) to join our team in Waupaca, WI. In this role, you will play a crucial part in the production process by setting up and operating CNC machines to ensure high-quality manufacturing of our products. If you have a passion for precision and a knack for problem-solving, we want to hear from you!

Responsibilities
  • Set up and calibrate CNC machines according to specifications and production requirements.
  • Load materials and ensure proper alignment for optimal machining.
  • Monitor machine operations and make adjustments as necessary to maintain quality standards.
  • Conduct routine maintenance and troubleshooting on CNC equipment.
  • Read and interpret technical drawings and blueprints to produce accurate parts.
  • Maintain a clean and organized work area, adhering to safety protocols.
  • Collaborate with team members to improve processes and efficiency.
  • Document production data and report any issues to the supervisor.
Qualifications
  • Ability to use forklifts, cranes, electrical pallet jacks, etc.
  • Robot experience.
  • High level of attention to details.
  • Knowledge of CNC methodology.
  • Ability to lift 30 lbs. continually and up to 50 lbs. occasionally.
  • Ability to walk and or stand constantly throughout a shift.
  • Ability to frequently bend, stop, climb, etc.
