  • Position: CNC Setup Machinist
  • Location: 569 Main St, Hudson, MA 01749
  • Duration: DIRECT HIRE
  • US Citizen OR Green Card Holder only
Max Salary - $60,000/- Annually plus benefits MUST HAVE:
  • At least 3-5 years of CNC machine setup experience required.
  • Proficiency in using inspection tools such as calipers, micrometers, and gauges required.
  • Ability to lift and carry objects up to 50 pounds required.
  • Ability to read and interpret technical drawings, blueprints, and work orders.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
  • Set up CNC machines (mainly Haas Milling) to produce precision aluminum parts according to specifications and work orders.
  • Create and modify CNC programs to ensure efficient and accurate production willing to train.
  • Operate CNC machines to execute production tasks.
  • Inspect parts during and after machining to ensure they meet the required specifications and high-precision tolerances using inspection tools.
  • Perform deburring operations to ensure parts meet quality standards.
  • Accurately complete and maintain in-process documentation to track production progress and quality.
  • Perform routine maintenance and troubleshooting on CNC machines to ensure optimal performance.
  • Participate in continuous improvement initiatives to enhance operational efficiency and product quality.
