What You'll Do:

CHA is an innovative, full-service engineering, design, consulting, and program/construction management firm providing a wide range of technology-enhanced design and planning services to public, private and institutional clients within seven major markets: Commercial, Education, Government, Industry, Transportation, Utility and Water Resources.

Our Civil Engineers help make things happen. They collaborate. Whether that's on design development, implementation, technical analysis of diverse systems to deploy new products, or updates to a current scheme to suit unique client demands. Part of a team with Professional Engineers, CHA's Civil Engineers make meaningful contributions to multiple projects at once. They seek out timely, cost-effective ways to satisfy client, contract, and company requirements. They are doers.

What You Bring:
    Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering is required.
  • Engineer In Training (EIT) certification is preferred.
  • No prior Engineering experience required; however, internship or cooperative learning through civil/site design, transportation design, construction, surveying, material testing, or other related field of civil engineering preferred.
  • Experience with AutoCAD, Civil 3D, ArcGIS, or other drafting/modeling software preferred.
  • Experience with Microsoft Office Suite preferred.

Salary Range:

$65,000 - $80,000

Salary is based on a variety of factors, including, but not limited to, qualifications, experience, education, licenses, specialty, training, and fair market evaluation based on industry standards.
