Job description

Responsibilities

Peraton seeks a Intelligence/Operational Analyst to provide C4/Cyber Threat & Vulnerability Analysis to USPACOM J6 in conducting site deployments across PACOM AOR.

Location: Fort Meade (Annapolis Junction), MD.

Responsibilities:

  • Identify threat vectors relevant to that component's C4 architecture, including adversary targeting priorities and SPOF exploitation risk
  • Contextualize findings against known PACOM threat environment, including PRC/PLAN TTPs and targeting patterns
  • Develop site-level vulnerability and risk findings that feed directly into the HQ authoritative baseline and decision-support products
  • Conduct detailed mapping of cyberspace dependencies (physical, logical, service, identity, transport layers) at each site
  • Document all findings in structured, machine-readable formats for handoff to Team 4 within 48 hours of return
  • Contribute to SPOF and concentration risk analysis at the theater level based on aggregated site findings
Qualifications

Required

  • Minimum of 8 years with BS/BA; Minimum of 6 years with MS/MA; Minimum of 3 years with PhD. Will consider HS+12 years.
  • Expertise in network architecture analysis (IP, MPLS, SATCOM, tactical data links) and on-site vulnerability assessment
  • Knowledge of PACOM threat environment — PRC/PLAN targeting, cyber TTPs, and C4 infrastructure exploitation methods
  • Experience with cyberspace terrain analysis tools and methodologies; familiarity with MRT-C frameworks and DCO concepts
  • Familiarity with DODIN-A, NIPRNET, SIPRNET, and coalition network environments
  • Eligibility and willingness for frequent OCONUS travel; experience operating in SCIF environments at component command
  • U.S. Citizenship required
  • Active TS with ability to obtain/maintain SCI
Preferred
  • Prior USINDOPACOM, PACOM, or CCMD-level experience strongly preferred
Target Salary Range

$112,000 - $179,000. This represents the typical salary range for this position. Salary is determined by various factors, including but not limited to, the scope and responsibilities of the position, the individual’s experience, education, knowledge, skills, and competencies, as well as geographic location and business and contract considerations. Depending on the position, employees may be eligible for overtime, shift differential, and a discretionary bonus in addition to base pay.
