THE JOB
The Associate IT Manager supports day-to-day technical operations for local and remote employees across C3 Presents offices, events, festivals, and live production environments. This role works closely with the Senior IT Manager and Live Nation IT teams to provide end-user support, assist IT operations, coordinate vendors, and contribute to technology projects across the organization.
The Associate IT Manager will help drive efficient IT support processes, contribute to operational improvements, and lay a key role in supporting employees across both office and event environments
The ideal candidate is organized, customer-focused, technically capable across Mac and Windows environments, adaptable under pressure, and eager to grow their leadership and operational management experience within a fast-paced environment.
WHAT THIS ROLE WILL DO
  • Provide timely and professional technical support to local, remote, and event-based employees, contractors, and vendors
  • Manage and resolve helpdesk requests while maintaining strong communication and customer service standards
  • Configure, deploy, maintain, and troubleshoot Mac and Windows computers, mobile devices, printers, conference room technology, and office hardware
  • Support onboarding and offboarding processes including workstation setup, account provisioning, software access, and asset management
  • Maintain inventory and lifecycle tracking of company-owned IT equipment and related assets
  • Partner with Senior IT leadership, Live Nation IT teams, and external vendors to resolve escalated technical issues and support operational initiatives
  • Administer and maintain Microsoft 365 services and business-critical applications including Outlook, Teams, Adobe Creative Cloud, Oracle products, Zoom, and related platforms
  • Assist with networking, wireless connectivity, VPN access, A/V systems, and conference room technology
  • Support IT operations for festivals, events, and remote production environments as needed
  • Participate in IT projects, system upgrades, security initiatives, and process improvement efforts
  • Help identify opportunities to improve workflows, support processes, and end-user experience
  • Provide after-hours and event-based support during major festivals, events, and critical operational periods
  • Perform additional duties and special projects as assigned

WHAT THIS PERSON WILL BRING
  • Technical Skills & Experience:
    • At least 2 years' experience in IT project management preferred
    • Experience with supporting Windows and macOS operating systems
    • Working knowledge of Microsoft 365 Suite (Outlook, Teams, OneDrive, SharePoint, Office applications)
    • Experience troubleshooting printers, monitors, conference room A/V systems, and general office hardware
    • Experience with laptop and mobile device setup, deployment, and troubleshooting
    • Working knowledge of helpdesk ticketing systems and IT asset management practices
    • Experience supporting Adobe Creative Cloud, Zoom, and other business productivity applications
    • Experience with basic networking concepts including Wi-Fi, VPN connectivity, and TCP/IP troubleshooting
    • Exposure to endpoint management and device provisioning platforms preferred
