Job Description :

The ServiceNow Technical Architect will design, build, and oversee custom solutions on the ServiceNow platform. This role focuses on defining platform patterns, managing complex integrations, ensuring high performance, and leading technical teams. The architect will act as a trusted technical advisor for stakeholders and project teams to deliver stable, automated, and scalable workflows.

  • Hands on Experience of 8+ years and expertise on Development and customization on the ServiceNow platform.
  • Prior experience and understanding on ServiceNow development and integrations for ITSM module using REST API
  • Ability to interpret ServiceNow Health Scan & Instance Scan reports and provide solution for fixing the issues
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Identify, suggest and implement ServiceNow Platform performance improvements, including slow-running queries, using instance observer
  • Understanding of Domain Separation Inside ServiceNow Application Domain
  • Experience on Scoped App management
  • Experience in development Lifecycle within ServiceNow. Ability to gather and understand requirements for outcome based planning
  • Experience in Java Scripting within ServiceNow platform
  • Experience with ServiceNow issues analysis and fixing
  • Strong understanding and hands experience on with ServiceNow - development, issues analysis and troubleshooting, upgrade and patching
  • Lead and mentor a team of ServiceNow engineers, providing guidance, technical expertise, and fostering a collaborative work environment

  • Serve as a trusted advisor and escalation point for project-related issues, providing guidance, support, and solutions to overcome challenges and ensure project objectives are met
  • Develop and maintain comprehensive project documentation, including project plans, status reports, and stakeholder communications, to provide visibility and transparency into project progress and outcomes
