In this arrangement, a vendor or consulting company provides services to a client through a contractual agreement. This type of hiring is common in IT and contract-based industries.

Balancing the expectations of clients, consultants, and internal teams while managing tight hiring timelines can also be demanding. These challenges are typically addressed through thorough due diligence, effective use of recruitment platforms, strong communication, and continual updates on legal guidelines. Collaboration with legal and HR teams, as well as ongoing training, helps ensure smooth and compliant hiring processes.
