These leaders are responsible for setting company strategy, making critical business decisions, and overseeing the overall operations and performance of the organization. 4. Global Travel & Lifestyle Management
  • Expertly handles complex, multi-city itineraries across time zones and cultures.
  • Navigates the blend of work and lifestyle travelโ€”managing late nights, early mornings, and fluid scheduling.
  • Thrives amid the unpredictability of a founder's schedule while maintaining momentum.
5. Calendar & Priorities Management
  • Translates CEO goals into actionable weekly plansโ€”tracks progress, identifies obstacles, and adjusts priorities as needed.
  • Protects executive focus by anticipating conflicts, scheduling prep time, and structuring days for maximum impact.
  • Balances tactical scheduling with strategic judgmentโ€”knowing when to accept, decline, or defer.
6. Experience
  • Experience handling unstructured, high-pressure environments where speed, discretion, and judgment are essential.
Culture Fit
  • Passionate about live entertainment, music, and sports.
  • Ambitious and eager to learn.
  • Thrives in a fast-paced, design-driven, deal-focused environment.
