Job Summary:
C. Harper Auto Group is seeking a reliable and motivated Parts Driver to join our team at the Ford / KIA dealership. This position plays a vital role in ensuring the efficient delivery of automotive parts to our customers, service departments, and other locations. The Parts Driver is responsible for transporting parts in a safe, timely manner while providing excellent customer service and maintaining accurate delivery records.

Responsibilities:

  • Deliver parts and accessories to customers, service departments, and other locations as needed.

  • Ensure all deliveries are accurate, complete, and conducted in a timely manner.

  • Maintain proper handling of all parts to avoid damage during transport.

  • Assist with loading and unloading parts from the delivery vehicle.

  • Obtain necessary signatures and documentation for delivered parts.

  • Keep delivery records and provide updates on any delivery delays or issues.

  • Assist in stocking, organizing, and maintaining the parts inventory when not making deliveries.

  • Maintain cleanliness and routine maintenance of the delivery vehicle.

  • Follow all safety and driving regulations while operating company vehicles.

  • Assist with other duties in the parts department as needed.

Qualifications:

  • High School Diploma or equivalent.

  • Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record.

  • Ability to lift and carry heavy automotive parts as needed.

  • Strong organizational and time-management skills.

  • Excellent communication and customer service skills.

  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

  • Previous experience in an automotive dealership or parts department is a plus but not required.
