  • Collaborate with Project Managers, Superintendents, and Preconstruction teams to support successful project startup and mobilization.
  • Evaluate subcontractor qualifications and support strategic partner selection during preconstruction.
  • Identify, communicate, and help mitigate project risks before construction begins.
  • Conduct site visits to verify conditions and support planning, logistics, and operational decision-making.
  • Drive continuous improvement by promoting best practices and strengthening front-end processes.
  • Ensure a seamless transition from preconstruction to field operations through effective coordination and communication.

What we’re looking for

  • 5-7+ years of commercial construction leadership experience as a Senior Project Manager, Senior Superintendent, or similar role.
  • Proven expertise in preconstruction planning, constructability reviews, scheduling, and procurement strategy.
  • Strong understanding of commercial construction operations, sequencing, logistics, and risk management.
  • Experience developing and managing comprehensive project startup and execution plans.
  • Ability to analyze plans, specifications, and site conditions to identify potential challenges and solutions.
  • Demonstrated success leading cross-functional teams and coordinating multiple stakeholders.
  • Strong communication and relationship-building skills with clients, design partners, subcontractors, and field teams.
  • Excellent organizational, problem-solving, and decision-making abilities.
  • Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering, Architecture, or a related field preferred.
  • Proactive, collaborative leader committed to operational excellence and project success.
