This entry sales position will be responsible for providing world class customer service for customers worldwide through exceptional responsiveness to customer inquiries, negotiating favorable terms, all while focusing on the maintenance of existing customers, and the development of new relationships.
Description of duties
* Provide timely responses to customer request for quote via email, phone, or inventory listing portals.
* Liaise with peers and leadership to understand market pricing dynamics to capture sales
* Achieve sales and capture rate targets as set by management
* Validate customer purchase orders against standard and negotiated terms
* Interacts with the customer prior to and after the sale to develop and maintain positive partner relationships.
Required qualifications
* Ability to work independently with little instruction and are intrinsically motivated.
* Provide responsive and exceptional customer support
* Strong written and verbal communication skills
Preferred qualifications
* Previous sales/customer service experience
