Report to: Internet Manager

Department: Business Development Center (BDC)



Butler Toyota is seeking a motivated and customer-focused BDC Representative to join our growing team. This position plays a vital role in driving dealership success by managing inbound and outbound customer communications and setting appointments for our Sales and Service departments.


Key Responsibilities
  • Handle inbound and outbound phone calls, emails, texts, and online leads promptly and professionally
  • Schedule appointments
  • Follow up with internet and phone leads to generate showroom traffic
  • Maintain accurate customer information in the CRM system
  • Confirm upcoming appointments and re-engage missed opportunities
  • Provide exceptional customer service and represent the Butler Toyota brand
  • Work closely with management and sales teams to achieve department goals
Qualifications
  • Previous BDC, call center, or customer service experience preferred (automotive experience a plus)
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Excellent phone etiquette and professional demeanor
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
  • Basic computer skills and CRM experience preferred
