AI & Business Systems Manager – Drive AI & Automation for Intelligent Fire Systems & Solutions

The Opportunity:

You will serve as the internal catalyst for operational transformation, bridging the gap between field service operations and cutting-edge automation technologies. By converting manual processes into streamlined workflows, you will directly drive business growth, optimize system integrations, and empower every department to work smarter. This is your chance to pioneer AI implementation in the life safety industry and make a tangible, lasting impact.


How You Will Make an Impact:

  • Serve as the primary internal subject matter expert on the BuildOps platform to optimize enterprise-wide system usage.
  • Evaluate existing cross-departmental workflows to identify inefficiencies and execute targeted automation strategies.
  • Engineer and launch custom AI-driven workflows using Microsoft 365, Power Automate, APIs, and enterprise LLMs.
  • Integrate BuildOps with peripheral business systems to streamline operational communications and eliminate manual data entry.
  • Design dynamic data dashboards that convert raw field and business metrics into actionable leadership insights.
  • Deliver interactive training and hands-on guidance to help internal teams confidently adopt new automation tools.
  • Quantify and report ROI metrics on newly deployed technologies, focusing on operational time savings and efficiency gains.


Required Qualifications & Experience:

  • Demonstrated track record of implementing AI platforms, process automations, or enterprise business systems.
  • Strong professional foundation in business process mapping, workflow analysis, and cross-departmental optimization.
  • Hands-on technical experience with system integrations, REST APIs, and automated workflow platforms.
  • Advanced proficiency using Microsoft 365, Power Automate, or equivalent productivity ecosystems.
  • Proven project management abilities paired with clear communication skills to translate business needs into technical designs.


Preferred Qualifications & Experience:

  • Hands-on experience with BuildOps or field service platforms like ServiceTitan, ServiceTrade, or Salesforce Field Service.
  • Direct exposure to enterprise AI tools, including OpenAI platforms, Microsoft Copilot, or Anthropic models.
  • Practical technical experience with SQL, Power BI, Python, JavaScript, or custom reporting suites.
  • Prior industry knowledge within fire protection, life safety, electrical contracting, or field service construction.
