Role: Senior Business Systems Analyst (UAT)

Duration: 6-month Contract to Hire

Location: Monrovia, CA| Onsite

Interview process: Phone, then Onsite

Experience: 10+ years

Primary Responsibilities:

  • Manage the business systems and related partners daily, continuously improving performance.
  • Collaborate with the stakeholders on business systems operations and project priorities, meeting or exceeding committed scope, time, and cost commitments.
  • Responsible for the business systems and related integrations, and provide Level 2 support to resolve production issues and proactively explore continuous improvement opportunities in finance and integration areas.
  • Build strong and long-term relationships with business partners and internal teams to deliver desired business outcomes and optimize business processes
  • Leads project and enhancement delivery.
  • Supports end-users in meeting defined business requirements by understanding end-to-end business processes.
  • Acts as a subject matter expert in the functional areas of the business, understanding the data workflow and supporting systems/applications to support both the business and IT.
  • Leads requirements gathering sessions to document new business process enhancement efforts.
  • Manages/coordinates implementation tasks with the offshore development team.
