Business Support Officer

We are currently recruiting a Business Support Officer to deliver services to our client in the pharmaceutical industries in Raritan, NJ, USA.

In this role, you help the organization in timely and accurate compliance submissions, optimize document handling and records management, and reduce the risk of non-compliance. This keeps the organization up-to-date with regulatory changes, resulting in fewer compliance-related issues and better outcomes. Admin support also helps optimize document handling and records management, ensuring that important documents are stored securely and efficiently.


Your responsibilities as a business support officer:

Key responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

  • Document handling services that help teams manage and store their important documents in a secure and efficient manner: Retrieving, printing, signing, scanning, emailing, and mailing documents.
  • Records management services that help teams retrieve, archive and maintain accurate and up-to-date records, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements.
  • Compliance submission services that help teams comply with regulatory requirements by providing timely and accurate submissions: Uploading, printing, and submitting reports and documents to government authorities.
  • Auditing: Responding to audit requests by gathering and providing documentation.


What will you bring to the organisation?

  • You obtained a degree in business/office administration or in another relevant area in which you obtained strong administrative and organizational skills.
  • Knowledge of regulatory requirements and compliance standards is important, as well as experience in records management and document handling.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities in order to effectively manage records and documents. The role requires strong organizational skills, and the ability to manage multiple tasks effectively.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) is needed for this role. Other information management system experience (SFDC, Workday,...) is an advantage.
  • Excellent communication skills in the local language and in English.
  • You can work on-site.
  • Knowledge of compliance requirements in the pharmaceutical industry is a plus.
