About the Role
We're looking for a highly analytical, AI-native Research & Content Strategy Associate to help us produce industry-leading research, thought leadership, and marketing content.
This role sits at the intersection of market research, data analysis, content creation, and AI-powered workflow automation. You'll conduct original research, identify emerging market trends, produce professional research reports, create compelling marketing content, and leverage the latest AI tools to dramatically increase productivity and quality.

Responsibilities
Primary Research
  • Conduct primary research through surveys, interviews, outreach campaigns, and expert conversations
  • Perform secondary research across industry reports, financial filings, news sources, academic publications, and proprietary datasets
  • Develop research methodologies that produce differentiated market intelligence
  • Validate findings through multiple independent sources

Data Analysis
  • Analyze large datasets to identify trends, patterns, and investment themes
  • Synthesize quantitative and qualitative information into actionable insights
  • Build dashboards, visualizations, and supporting analysis
  • Identify emerging technologies, competitive dynamics, and market shifts

Research Reports
  • Produce professional-quality research reports suitable for executive audiences
  • Write market landscapes, industry analyses, company profiles, white papers, and thought leadership
  • Transform complex technical topics into clear, compelling narratives
  • Ensure exceptional editorial quality, accuracy, and visual presentation

Content Marketing
  • Create high-quality content across multiple formats including:

    • Website copy
    • Presentation materials
    • Sales collateral
  • Repurpose long-form research into shorter, high-impact marketing assets

Email Marketing

  • Measure campaign performance and continuously optimize results
  • A/B test messaging, subject lines, and content formats

AI & Automation
  • Leverage leading AI platforms (ChatGPT, Claude, Gemini, Perplexity, Grok, and others) to significantly improve research quality and productivity
  • Build AI-assisted workflows for research, writing, data synthesis, and content generation
  • Continuously evaluate new AI tools and incorporate them into daily workflows
  • Help identify opportunities to automate repetitive knowledge work across the organization

Qualifications
  • 3-7+ years of experience in research, consulting, market intelligence, equity research, investment banking, journalism, strategy, or a related analytical role
  • Exceptional writing and communication skills
  • Experience producing polished research reports for executive audiences
  • Strong analytical and critical thinking abilities
  • Excellent attention to detail
  • Comfortable working with large amounts of information and synthesizing complex topics quickly
  • Highly organized and able to manage multiple projects simultaneously
