* Coordinate Business Analysts and experience-design resources, review deliverables, resolve ambiguity, and maintain consistent requirements quality across workstreams
* Own traceability from business objectives and SOPs through design, build, testing, UAT, cutover, and production readiness
* Lead requirement prioritization, scope clarification, change control, dependency management, and escalation of unresolved business decisions
REQUIREMENTS:
* 12+ years of relevant enterprise delivery experience, including principal-level ownership of requirements for complex Salesforce, CRM, CIS, or utility transformation programs
* Strong functional knowledge of Salesforce Energy & Utilities Cloud, Service Cloud, Sales Cloud, Data Cloud, OmniStudio and OmniScript, and the Salesforce Clean Energy Module.
* Demonstrated experience leading discovery, process redesign, requirements governance, business-rule validation, and traceability across multiple workstreams
* Experience translating legacy customer programs, clean-energy offerings, eligibility rules, and operating logic into future-state Salesforce requirements
* Strong command of capabilities, epics, user stories, acceptance criteria, process models, data requirements, UAT, release readiness, and requirements-traceability practices
* Ability to influence senior stakeholders, facilitate difficult decisions, communicate risks and tradeoffs, and maintain alignment across business and technical teams
* Exceptional written and verbal communication skills and experience working with cross-functional onshore and offshore teams in Agile or iterative delivery environments
Preferred Qualifications:
* Utility customer information system or clean-energy program transformation experience
* Salesforce Business Analyst, Administrator, Service Cloud, Data Cloud, OmniStudio, or Energy & Utilities Cloud credentials
* Product ownership, enterprise process-design, or business architecture experience
