Do you thrive on leading projects that drive organizational success while connecting stakeholders and guiding teams toward impactful results Join Spectrum as a Project Manager on the Customer Service Reliability team and lead initiatives that improve service performance, strengthen operational reliability, and enhance the customer experience. This role is responsible for guiding projects from planning through execution, aligning stakeholders, managing risks, and ensuring successful delivery in support of key business priorities.

This position is in an office environment with a hybrid work schedule. Eligible employees can work from home up to one day each week.


How You’ll Make an Impact

  • Lead end-to-end delivery of cross-functional projects from initiation through execution and closeout
  • Apply Spectrum’s project management processes to ensure timely, high-quality and budget-conscious delivery
  • Monitor and allocate resources, proactively identifying and managing project risks
  • Collect and analyze data to track costs, performance and service levels, driving projects toward successful outcomes
  • Communicate with stakeholders to coordinate efforts, provide status updates and gather feedback for improvement
  • Build consensus among stakeholders to guarantee project implementation meets established objectives
  • Identify dependencies, constraints, and risks across business units and proactively mitigate them
