Are you a relationship-driven professional who thrives on accountability and gets energized by turning customer commitments into delivered results? We're seeking Program Managers who will serve as the internal champion for our key accounts—coordinating across engineering, operations, quality, and supply chain to deliver world-class aluminum casting solutions.

What You'll Own

As the single point of accountability for your customer portfolio, you'll develop strategic account plans, actively participate in the APQP processes, and remove roadblocks that stand between commitment and execution. You'll manage the commercial relationship end-to-end—from RFQ development and contract negotiation to weekly performance tracking and on-site customer visits. This isn't just relationship management; it's driving measurable business outcomes.

What You Bring

Required:

  • 5+ years of experience interacting with customers in a manufacturing environment
  • Proven ability to influence without authority and lead cross-functional teams
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
